Breathe Deep and Tone Up

Lose weight by breathing? Get outta here, you say, but 55-year-old Rashelle Haines says her LifeLift  method can put that dream of having the best body you've ever had into your mirror.

Be a slimmer, healthier, more energetic you, Haines says, simply by breathing aerobically in your car, in the shower, at work, even in bed -- standing, sitting, lying down. Oxygen, not exercise, burns fat, Haines insists.

Her Web site shares the basic LifeLift Aerobic Breath for a taste of her program. According to Haines, feeling light-headed means brain endorphins are being released and it signals you've reached a higher metabolic state, achieved only by extensive exercise.

But to learn timing, the natural face-lift and how to target fat reduction, she says you'll need her $29.95 LifeLift video. Haines says she'll buy it back if you're not satisfied after one year.
