New Ways to Be "Creative" in the Kitchen

Anyone tried Weight Watcher's Point system?

I'm thinking about going back to Weight Watchers (again!), but it's been quite a while. They have some sort of points system now, but I'm not real keen on doing a lot of math every time I have something to eat.

Has anyone done the WW points system? Is it quick and easy or a pain in the butt?

Fish Dishes

I'm looking for some creative dishes featuring fish. Any suggestions? I like dishes that are poached, broiled, baked, or grilled. I'm into spicy or citrus foods, too.

Making Mocktails

I'm hosting a dinner party in a month, and I'm looking for some suggestions for refreshing mocktails to serve featuring seasonal fruit. I live in California. Any ideas?

Weekend menu

I know this sounds strange, but I find it easier to eat well during the work week than on the weekend. During the week, I just eat fruit in the morning, grab some soup for lunch, and then just really worry about making a balanced dinner. But when the weekend comes, I want to eat my dinner in the late afternoon, but I'm not sure what I should make--I want something that isn't heavy but won't leave me hungry by 8 p.m. either. Suggestions?

Smarter Salad

Hey, I eat a lot of salads for lunch, and I'm getting real bored of them. How can I make a more appealing salad that packs a lot of nutrition inside it? Ideas?

Seeking a Better Breakfast

In several weeks, I'm going to have some out-of-town friends stay over my place, and I want to surprise them with a great breakfast spread. They're all very health conscious, so I want to make sure the meal looks great and will help them feel great. Any suggestions?
