Eat Your Fish

A diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids may protect the brain from Alzheimer's. Eat more fatty fish such as salmon, halibut, sardines and tuna, and shop for omega-3 enriched eggs. If you can't get enough fish into your diet, consider taking at least one gram a day of a fish oil supplement.
