Health and Happiness

I just returned from a lengthy trip that included stops in Israel, Egypt, Morocco, and Spain. Missing Motivation

I used to be a gym rat, but these days the most lifting I've done is with the remote control. I know I'm feeling down on myself--I just got laid off, if you were wondering why. But I thought I'd at least want to go to the gym more now that I have more time at my disposal. I know it sounds lame, but I need some motivational words to get myself going. Got any? I need help getting off this sad couch.
