Sleep Deprived
Sleep Deprived
I suffer from insomnia, but don't want to take any sleeping pills. What alternative sleep aids work for you? Do you know of any herbs that induce rest? What about white noise? Have you found any white noise machines that help you sleep? I've tried running a fan, but that doesn't work for me.
Amazing product for insomnia
I have been using the VitaMind Cap over the last 3 months. This "wearable device" (aromatherpy and balancing the "Du" meridian pathways) with 16 premium herbs really does the magic and I don't depend on any sleeping pills anymore.
I strongly recommend this to everyone who suffers from insomnia.

Sleep deprived/hello!
Firstly let me say hello Susan, I hope this the Susan 1 that I know, this is MarieW!
I have been sleeping so badly, our weather has been in the 90`s and so humid, but I have been wearing a scarf that you soak in water to keep you cool, I have even worn it to bed and it helps! I take Kalms a herbal product here in UK, that helps a bit too. Of course I`m still wearing my foam earplugs too!
Sleep Deprived
I have found Valerian capsules to be quite good as a sleep aid. I also take either Calms Forte or Ignatia Amara at bedtime to calm me down so that falling sleep is easier. Whit noise machines are good or soft foam earplugs also work quite well. I have to also say that I think regular daily exercise of the rather strong variety is also essential in helping one sleep.
