Brittle Nails
My toenails get very brittle, and they tend to crack and peel. This problem has been more pronounced the last couple of years. I also have one toenail that's darker in color than the rest. Could I have a fungus?! I'm not sure because there isn't any gross white crud around my toenails. Do you think I should still see a podiatrist?

Yes definitely see your Pharmacist. They can tell, or get a specimen clipping tested.via your GP. See Your Podiatrist they would know what the cause was too.Selium would help make you nails more flexible. But I think you do have a funfal infection. Especially if that darker nail is overgrowing and thickening.
