Sex Clocks Synchronized!

Make a point to get it on!

It's hard to make time for sex in today's busy world. Sex therapist Al Cooper, Ph.D., offers help for improving intimacy.

Cooper says that when both partners work, study, commute and raise a family, it's no surprise one or both will be too exhausted to make love. He advises making time together when you both feel rested.

Start by reassuring your partner of your feelings, that you do want to be close. Cooper suggests explaining that the attraction is still there, but that you need to find a time when you will both have more energy for intimacy.

Cooper says to plan some unstructured time to be with your partner each week. And address the problem if you find you are deliberately avoiding sex with your partner.
