Take those kids -- or grandkids -- to "camp" online and perhaps give them and yourself an update on breakfast nutrition.
Kellogg's Nutrition Camp, described by site spokesman and camp counselor Cornelius as "an enjoyable experience for kids of all ages," offers some key first-meal advice.
If you don't have the appetite to eat a meal first thing in the morning, at least have some fruit with juice or milk.
Cornelius also offers campers advice on keeping a healthy attitude, staying active by walking the dog a bit longer or trying new foods. Campers also can sit around the campfire listening to stories about the benefits of breakfast and test their knowledge with online games.
