Hi Kathy, this is Allison/NY from the old boards. The posters from the old boards do not like the new set up at all and many have decided not to post anymore. SOMEONE BLEW UP THE MOMMY
I've developed a sweet tooth that won't stop and eat my butt off. Naturally, the weight came. What I wouldn't give for a tummy tuck, thigh slimmer and breast lift! Lol!
I'm 5'5" and weigh 233 lbs with large bone structure. Nevertheless, I don't have a thing to wear nor does anything fit me well. I refuse to wear a girdle cause it seems to squeeze all the juices outta me.

I got weighed today and only lost .6 But no complaints there.
Now I am at over eleven pounds for the past few months(that is good for me)
How is everone doing?

I've not heard of that product before...although I have heard about rubbery outfits to wear beneath your clothes to help you lose more while you exercise and they were really sweaty. I take these aren't like that?
Also...HOORAY...I've lost 7 lbs in this first 5 days on NutriSystem Advanced. Yes, the food is very flavorful to me and it definitely is filling. I still have some cravings, however, I'm also not replenishing things in the house so I can't give in to those cravings when they hit. No, I'm not going to a 'gym' per se, however, I am doing my 3X weekly physcial exercises and that also counts as being a good gal about the 'E' word. LOLOL Also, the cost of NutriSystem foods are not more than I would spend regularly in a month's time and this does give you weekends to enjoy other foods...though I do watch how much of them I do eat even then. It does make it easier to only have one person in the house on this system as then I/we don't have to buy that much food again for the others.

I for one get really moody and don't have a lot of time to work out and engage in any activities that involve exercising. thats why I purchased these leggings from Lytess from fitandsharp.com. I got my supply of foods from Nutri System Advanced meals and
will start on them tomorrow a.m. I had gotten off that wagon after my knee surgery and have regained some of what I lost. I'm eager to get back on track now though so we'll see how it goes. This can go on indefinitely at a set price so I don't have to worry about them hiking the price or only getting the given supplies for only 5 months and that will help me stay on track...I hope? LOLOL With this new system, they change one of your supplies each month--like next month different lunches, the following different dinners, etc., etc., etc. That can be good also.

Good for you Kathy! I think doing a Jillian workout would kill me! lol Have you been watching the new Biggest Loser? It's so motivating isn't it? Bob (my hubby) started dieting about 2 months ago and has lost 16 lbs so far. I just fill half his plate with salad, a big portion of steam veggies, and a small piece of meat of chicken. I'm so proud of him. As for me, I'm still the same. After my weight loss I stay between 133-135 these days. It's been about 4 years so I guess it will stay that way. I hope so anyway. lol

Yes I am doing fantastic since I moved to Florida. have lost ten pounds and working out. going to ww pretty much every week or close to it.
You should be proud of your hubby he sounds like he is doing great!

I have just gotten back on the wagon for dieting again and have started to lose on the first day of it...yesterday. Yay!

I am even more disposed to weight gain and have a particularly hard time lowering my weight. I hope the ladies from the old Bulletin Board system can find their way to these discussions and help so many of us stay on the weight loss track/wagon.

I have finally made it to the weight loss board, just hope I can remember it for the next time! I like the old boards better but guess I am not used to these yet.
Have been gone for two weeks to Cali then one week to PA did not gain weight either trip!!!I am still doing weight watchers BUT am doing the biggest loser(trainer Jillian) workout. It is hard but I am doing great on it. I have lost around ten pounds so far and inches. The book is called making the cut and I bought it at Target. Jillian is a good trainer guess I needed something like this.

I am glad you are here too. I had a bit of trouble finding these postings but susanone gave me some help. I have had some weight troubles lately. I love about 40 lbs. over the last couple of years but since I started this meno stuff is is harder to keep it off and so easy to put it on.

I really had a hard time until I started this circuit training, I do it at home too!
My daughter got me hooked on it and even though it is not easy I have done the best with weight and inch loss than anything else!!!!
