Monkey Business

NASA decides to send a shuttle into space with two monkeys and an astronaut. The three train for months, and finally the scientists declare them ready for space travel.

On launch day, with all three in the control capsule, a voice in NASA's mission control center announces, "This is mission control to Monkey One. Initiate!"

At that, the first monkey starts typing like mad. The rocket's engines ignite and the shuttle takes off.

Two hours later, the controller announces, "This is mission control to Monkey Two. Initiate!"

At that, the second monkey starts typing like mad. The shuttle separates from the fuel tanks.

After another two hours, the voice announces, "This is mission control to the astronaut."

At this, the astronaut responds, "I know, I know. Feed the monkeys and don't touch anything."
