I've read on the internet that eyesight can be improved with eye exercises. Is this for real? Has anyone tried any of these exercises that include massaging the eyes gently and opening and closing the eyes for several seconds at a time? I'd really like to know. And has anyone asked his or her optometrist or ophthalmologist what he or she thinks about this?
