If the voice of that hunk or sexy siren from your favorite daytime soap opera has you swooning in your Barcalounger, imagine if they were speaking just to you. My Romance is releasing a series of audio romance novels featuring daytime drama stars.
The idea to marry audio novels and soap stars came from Gegg Marx, The Merchant of Romance. He played sexy Tom Hughes on "As the World Turns" a decade ago, as well as putting in a stint on "Days of Our Lives."
In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, Marx talks about his daytime drama career, voiceover work, and his current gig producing and directing the audio cassettes. The latest offering is "Moonlight," written by romance author, Suzanne Forster and narrated by Kim Zimmer and Robert Newman of "The Guiding Light."
