Speak Out: State Marriage Counseling?

Wisconsin wants to try it, but opponents say marital problems are none of the state's business and it violates the constitutional line separating church and state.

State officials say new welfare laws allow them to use federal dollars to "strengthen families." Detractors say the money would be better spent on health care and day care and the state should keep its nose out of people's private affairs.
