A minister gets up in the pulpit one Sunday morning and announces to his congregation, "I have good news and bad news."
Everyone in the congregation sits up and gives the minister undivided attention.
"The good news," the minister says, "is that we have enough money to pay for our new building program. The bad news is that it's still out there in your pockets."
