Eating chocolate requires sticky adherence to special rules.
--If the chocolate is melting in your hand, you're eating it too slow.
--Chocolate-covered raisins, cherries, orange slices and strawberries all count as fruit, so eat as many as you want.
--Eat a chocolate bar before each meal to take the edge off.
--For a balanced diet, eat equal amounts of dark and white chocolate.
