The Biggest TV Flops of All Time

Perhaps nothing suffers a more public death than a failed TV sitcom. That said, TVparty.com offers an entertaining look at some of the most embarrassing flops in television history.

Biggest Flops of All Time is an amusing section of the site chronicling the birth and sometimes tortuous death of infamous sitcoms, including "My Mother the Car," "Turn On," "Me and the Chimp" and "Supertrain."

The site says "My Mother the Car" will "forever be held up in ridicule as the worst television series of all time." NBC was the butt of many jokes for putting the show on the air in September 1965, and leaving it there for an entire season.

"Turn On" was suppose to be a "'Laugh-In' for a new generation" when it debuted in February 1969, but ABC immediately pulled the plug on the show that turned out to be a "huge bomb that lasted only one night."
